COVID-19 Update

COVID-19 Update

Like most organisations in NZ, we’re making a few changes to the way we do things in order to keep our staff, our customers and our communities safe as the Covid-19 situation continues to escalate.

Most FarmIQ staff are now working from home and have been asked to minimise all unnecessary domestic travel. The technology team and support team remain fully engaged and we do not expect any disruption to FarmIQ service.

Hopefully the changes we have made will have minimal impact on you, however it’s possible we might be a little slower responding to your questions. Our Business Manager team have also been grounded, which obviously impacts their ability to come out and see you. The relationship we have with you is hugely important and we all need to do our bit to keep NZ safe, so please bear with us as we work our way through this unprecedented time.

ONLINE LEARNING

Many upcoming rural events have been cancelled as the nation works together to prevent the spread of Covid-19.  We relish the opportunities these events give us to get face to face with our customers and are working on alternative ways to collaborate with you.

We're looking at custom webinars, training sessions and online discussion groups as a way to stay engaged with you. If you're interested in participating in any of these then jump into our Facebook User Group and share your views.  Join the conversation here.

To get us started, we have FarmIQ's Environment Specialist and qualified Environment Consultant, Alison Worth. Alison will show you how to use the FarmIQ FEP in a quick 20 minute webinar on Tuesday 31st March at 7pm.
