In FarmIQ, assigning mobs to a paddock(s) is optional. Those mobs that you don't put in a specific paddock are known as unassigned stock. Our new mobile app now has improved access to your unassigned stock, making it easier to manage your animals whether they are assigned to paddocks or not.
Our latest feature update allows Performance and Enterprise pack farmers to view, move and treat unassigned stock right at the tip of your fingers.
The key benefits
- Don’t want to have any or all of your animals assigned to paddocks? Store them in unassigned stock
- Do you have a mismatch of stock on farm? Use unassigned stock as a virtual holding pen while you work out what has caused a discrepancy in your tallies
- Use unassigned stock as a holding pen at the yards to combine mobs from different paddocks to treat or weigh until moving them back to different paddocks
